    Low salt diets have also been debunked, there is no evidence high salt is bad for you either. Look it up.

  5. I read A Wizard of Earthsea when I was ten. It was my first introduction to the Jungian concept of a shadow self. Pretty wild for a kids book!

  6. Regarding the fitness equipment, XPO Trainer 2 and Supernatural VR.. any thoughts on the X3 Isokinetic Bar, Peak Fit Pro2, OsteoStrong, TRXHOME2 System, VersaClimber, BowFlex/CrossBow, TotalGym, Tonal, Fold-Away 39?

    Pete Sisco used to advocate 'Precision Training', a super short, but heavy lifting routine, that he claimed you only had to do 2x a year! Vasper combines cold compression with HIIT for a 21 minute workout. arxfit is also said to be a fast leg workout.

    Regarding Henry Shukman, how does Zen Buddhism compare with Advaita or Dzogchen (Alan Wallace)?
