How to MINT NFTs ON COINBASE? I don't have access

Might be possible to mint on other platform like Opensea and once in wallet can will show up for listing on Coinbase?

SMH I thought I was going crazy at first. I can't create anything unfortunately this is not a great start for a beta test. Every other NFT platforms I'm able to mint right away. What the heck are we waiting on #coinbase you all have some major catching up to do. Let's Go!!!
