Unknown people hacked Twitter exchange Gate io. The Gate.io Twitter account was hacked and used to promote phishing. According to available information, hackers changed the official address of the exchange from GateIo to gateCom. The new URL redirected users to a landing page promising a $500,000 giveaway. Users who connected their wallets to the site were withdrawn all available assets. Posts with phishing links have now been removed.
